Privacy Policy
Rabbit Bricks Co., Ltd. ("we") publishes this Privacy Policy under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. It applies to the rabbitbricks.com website and to the internal tool we use with Google APIs for our own bookkeeping.
1. Personal information we process

- Enquiries are delivered only to our inbox and are not stored in a website database.
- Analytics never receives your name, email, message or form entries, and is not used to personalise ads.
- You may decline consent for the enquiry form; the form cannot send your enquiry without it.
2. Destruction
When the retention period ends or the purpose has been fulfilled, we destroy personal information without delay. Electronic files are deleted so that they cannot be restored.
3. Provision to third parties
We do not provide your personal information to third parties, except where required by law.
4. Processors and international transfers
We use the processors below to run the site and answer enquiries. Their servers are outside Korea, so personal information is transferred abroad over encrypted connections at the time you use the service.

- Legal basis: your consent when you submit the form or allow analytics, and the disclosure in this policy of processing entrusted to providers (Article 28-8(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act).
- If you do not want your information transferred abroad, you may choose not to use the form or not to allow analytics. Without the form you cannot send an enquiry through it; declining analytics does not limit your use of the site. Access logs are needed to serve the site and are processed whenever you visit.

5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete or stop processing your personal information, or withdraw consent. Send your request to admin@rabbitbricks.com and we will act on it without delay. A legal representative or an authorised person may also make the request on your behalf.
7. Information received from Google APIs
For our own bookkeeping and tax filing, an internal tool (shown on the Google consent screen as ai-tax-orchestra) has read-only access to the following information in Google accounts owned by the company. The tool is used only inside the company; it does not let outside users connect their Google accounts.
- Information accessed — Earnings reports of the company's AdSense account; analytics and revenue reports of the company's YouTube channel
- Purpose — Recording company revenue in our books and filing taxes
- Storage — Kept as accounting records (such as revenue dates and amounts) in our accounting database for the bookkeeping period required by tax law (Article 85-3 of the Framework Act on National Taxes: five years from the statutory filing deadline, seven years for offshore transactions).
- Sharing and sale — Never sold or provided to third parties, and never used for serving ads, credit or lending decisions, data brokers, or training generalised AI models.
- Revoking access — You can revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party apps & services.
Rabbit Bricks' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
8. Security measures
- The site and the enquiry form are served over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- Enquiries are not stored in a website database, and server logs never record message text or email addresses.
- Access to the enquiry inbox and admin systems is limited to the responsible staff account.
- Cloudflare Turnstile is used to block automated spam.

11. Changes to this policy
This policy applies from September 27, 2026. We will announce any changes on this page at least seven days before they take effect.
